Pre-production is the key to a successful production. This is especially true for live, virtual and hybrid events where in-person coverage interfaces with streaming platforms.
We’ve worked with the Trustees for nearly a decade to curate their video content showcasing the many properties for external and internal audiences. For their 2021 Annual Meeting, we combined pre-recorded segments with in-studio live teleprompted presenters.
Our talented live stream team seamlessly switched between the live presentations both on zoom and in-studio for a successful event with a solid online attendance.
